Luigi de Magistris has been cleared of charges related to leaks and abuse of office, slander and libel. The judge for the preliminary hearing of the Court of Salerno, Maria Teresa Belmonte, agreed to a request made by the filing attorney.
The magistrate, former owner of Why Not investigation and now the European candidate for Italy of Values, was charged along with some journalists (....)
The decision of the preliminary hearing judge Maria Teresa Belmonte, sister of the conductor Michael Annozero Santoro as married to the latter's brother Giocondo.
